What data we collect
When you complete our contact form, we collect the information you provide, namely your:
- Name
- Email address
- Subject and message details
We only collect the information you choose to give us. We do not collect any special category (sensitive) data through this website.
How we use your data
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote or estimate, and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you go on to book work, the performance of a contract with you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to our email inbox, which is hosted by our email provider (OVHcloud). They process and store the data on our behalf solely to provide our email service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work. Where you do not go on to book work, we generally keep your enquiry for up to 12 months. Where we complete a job for you, we keep the related records for up to 6 years to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. After these periods, we securely delete your data.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics or other tracking in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
